            Our president considers spirituality to be a decisive force in the development of society. He says in his work "A perfect generation - the foundation of the development of Uzbekistan": "It is no secret that every country, every nation, not only with underground and above-ground natural resources, with military power and production potential, but first of all is strong with its high culture and spirituality"[2].
     The radical renewal of ideological goals in our country shows the need to start the idea of national independence from schoolchildren. This creates new methodological approaches in the educational system.
            In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On radical reform of the system of education and personnel training, raising a competent generation", the work of improving the provision of the continuous education system with a set of methodologies that meet modern requirements in our Republic under intense pressure"1. The hard work of teachers of general secondary schools is noticeable in the implementation of these works.
       The ideology of independence reflects the life ideals of the aspirations of the multinational people of Uzbekistan to a noble idea - a free and prosperous Motherland, an age-old dream to build a free and prosperous life.
       When we talk about the national idea and the ideology of independence, we should imagine a very wide-ranging, complex, colorful, clear and perfect expression in the history of mankind, concepts whose complete model has not yet been created. These concepts serve to deeply understand the meaning and content of high ideas such as development of the Motherland, peace of the country, welfare of the people.
       To unite the people towards a great future and glorious goals, to invite every citizen regardless of the nationality, language and religion living in our country to live with a sense of responsibility for the happiness of the one Motherland, to achieve the dignity of our ancestors, to be highly virtuous and perfect. educating people, encouraging them to work creatively, turning self-sacrifice for this holy land into a standard of life is the main goal of the national independence ideology.
       The main idea of the people of Uzbekistan in the way of national development is to build a free and prosperous Motherland, a free and prosperous life. This idea determines the meaning and content of our people's age-old noble aspirations and creative activity.
       So it is How is the education of citizenship and patriotism interpreted in the ideology of national independence?
       End  Create a syncway to the concepts of homeland, citizen, right, morality, duty, obligation.
       (The rules for creating a syncway are presented in previous topics)
       In teaching the young generation the skills of moral education in a single pedagogical process, it should be considered as an important issue to give the direction of citizenship first. Because the formation of the concept of citizenship in the minds of young people in the educational system is formed on the basis of patriotic ideas. That is why citizenship education is carried out in an integral connection with patriotism education.
            Read (memorize) and observe the poem "Why I love Uzbekistan" by the hero of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Oripov.
       Homeland is the soil where the umbilical blood of a person is shed, it is a blessed place that perfects him and gives meaning to his life. It is a great legacy, the dearest memory, that remains from ancestors to generations. Motherland is the holy ground where the hoki feet of our fathers and grandfathers are, where each of us rests our head when the time comes.
       While we are on the way to establish a legal state that guarantees the legal equality of all citizens before the law and the rule of law, the protection of society's interests and the safety of the population, the new society we are building relies on high moral and ethical values and pays great attention to their development. This process is based on the idea and ideology of national independence and the upbringing of the young generation in the spirit of patriotism.
       When we talk about patriotism, we mean love for mother earth, loving her, honoring her and caring for her development.
       The patriotism of our nation is a collection of ideas and views about ancient moral and spiritual values, such as faith and religion, love, conscience and concern, honor, loyalty to the motherland and people, which are ingrained in the blood of our people.
       Write an essay on "Patriotism is...".
       (The essay will be discussed in small groups and a summary will be presented on behalf of the group.)
       The main goal of the spiritual renewal of the society consists of many important issues, such as national peace, development of the Motherland, freedom and well-being of the people, education of a perfect person, social cooperation and inter-ethnic harmony, religious tolerance. Let's take for example the feeling of the Motherland. The feeling of love for the motherland is born naturally in a person's heart, that is, as a person realizes his identity, knows his lineage, the feeling of love for the motherland takes root and grows in his heart. The deeper this root is, the more boundless is the love for the country where one was born and raised.
       How do you understand that the Holy Qur'an and Hadith Sharif have been the source of legal relations in the Muslim world?
       The peoples of Central Asia, including the Uzbek people, have a rich history of law and legal culture spanning thousands of years. After the death of the Prophet, peace be upon him, the process of creating new laws and regulations in the Islamic world stopped. From this period, all legal problems were solved based on the laws and regulations indicated in the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Islamic jurisprudence is mainly formed on the basis of the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the legal needs of the future generation are created by summing up the events that form the basis of the Sunnah. The great Islamic jurist Burhanuddin al-Margilani, who mastered the Holy Qur'an and hadiths, had profound knowledge of fiqh-Islamic jurisprudence and was considered an incomparable masterpiece in the field of legal education. wrote in For several centuries, Al-Hidaya has been one of the major sources of legal education in many Muslim countries, including Central Asia.
       How can it be justified that Uzbekistan is on the way to build an independent democratic legal state?
       First of all, this can be seen in the fact that the ideology of independence recognizes and feeds on the following universal values:
  • rule of law;
  • human rights and bigotry;
  • respect for representatives of different nationalities and live in harmony with them;
  • religious tolerance;
  • pursuit of worldly knowledge, enlightenment;
  • study of best practices and culture of other nations and so on.
       Uzbekistan is a country based on humanitarian principles, which ensures the rights and freedoms of citizens regardless of their nationality, religion, social status, and political beliefs. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted on December 1992, 8 serves as the main program in legal education. Due to the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, education and training in schools is developing and improving. As a result of the great changes that have taken place in our country, as a result of the establishment of a new society, it is increasingly important to further strengthen the legislation and legal order, to strengthen the protection of the rights and legal interests of citizens.
       What are the ways of giving and implementing legal education?
        Every pedagogue should pay serious attention to education and upbringing. The unity of education and upbringing has become important in the formation of quality and character of high civic feelings in educating young students. Each subject taught at school has its own educational value and potential. The correct use of these opportunities depends on the knowledge, experience and skill of the teacher. There are many educational factors and tools. One of these is the appropriate use of state symbols in classrooms and extracurricular activities. Using state symbols for pedagogical purposes, explaining their importance to students in the process of education and upbringing, has a deep impact on their behavior. Currently, the organization of educational activities using state symbols is one of the important issues. Every teenager who steps into life should know the community of his republic and follow it. It is necessary to educate students to respect the Anthem, Coat of Arms and Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
       Currently, new forms of educational work are being used among children and adolescents. The following should be implemented in order to further strengthen pedagogical activities in order to organize legal education among young people and prevent crimes.
1. Giving special importance to the organization of rooms that promote legal knowledge in general education schools.
2. To strengthen the relations of all schools with the court, prosecutor's office, bar, and first of all, the inspection of minors and the commissions dealing with juvenile affairs.
3. Constantly learning new experiences, summarizing and widely applying them to life. The rational use of the accumulated scientific knowledge in pedagogical experiments, instilling in teenagers the skills of regular compliance with the laws of our country is the guarantee of effective implementation of legal education.
       Over the centuries, humanity has gradually moved towards secularism. Universally recognized principles and features such as the rule of law, political pluralism, interethnic harmony, and interreligious tolerance form the basis of a secular society.
       Human rights and freedoms, including freedom of conscience, are guaranteed by law. "The Uzbek model of development" - one of the deeply scientifically based principles of the reform of the society by our president states: "The supremacy of the law in all spheres of the life of the society, the respect of the Constitution and laws adopted democratically, without exception, and the observance of them without deviation" should do"[3].
