Criteria for assessment of director's fund bonus
Monthly increments to the basic tariff rates of pedagogic staff of general educational institutions at the expense of the director's fund are determined for the new academic year based on the results of the previous academic year.
Based on the total points collected by the pedagogue based on the performance evaluation criteria, they will be given a bonus in the following amounts:
65 percent if he gets 70-10 points;
71-75 points - 15 percent;
76 percent if he gets 80-20 points;
81 percent if he gets 85-25 points;
86 percent if he gets 90-30 points;
91 percent if he gets 95-35 points;
96 - 100 points - 40 percent.
