Daniel Jacob Radcliffe (born July 1989, 23) is an English actor and producer. He is best known for his role in the Harry Potter films series. Born and raised in London, Radcliffe made his acting debut at the age of ten in the BBC One television film David Copperfield (1999) and then in The Panamanian Tailor (2001). That same year, he starred in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Over the next decade, she starred in seven films, including Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 (2011). During this period, Radcliffe became one of the highest paid actors in the world, gained worldwide fame, gained popularity and criticism, and received many accolades for his performances in the series. Radcliffe has contributed to many charities, including the Child Care at Demelza Hospice and the Trevor Project; gave him the Hero Award in 2011 for his recent charity.
