Egg salad

This dish is from the Latvian table. Eggs are hard-boiled. Sour cream, mustard, salt, the egg yolk is thoroughly mixed, to which is added finely chopped onion. Once this ingredient is ready, add 1 tablespoon to the egg cups and fill. Garnish with finely chopped greens with red tomatoes or pomegranate seeds on the face.
