  1. The dough layer is spread in a form suitable for baking and placed in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel an aubergine and grate it.
  3. Eggplant is cut into pieces in the form of a knife.
  4. Put the butter in a pan and add sugar, salt and garmdori.
  5. Eggplant pieces are placed in a single layer on the pan.
  6. Cook the eggplant over medium heat for 20 minutes until caramel state.
  7. Place the pan in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Cover the dough with the eggplant and cook for another 25 minutes at 200 ° C until golden brown.
  9. The pie is removed from the oven, cooled for 5-10 minutes and placed on the table.
