Procedure for filing a complaint

If a customs official detects deficiencies in the documents, the customs declarant shall be notified within 3 hours.

How does it work?

Permits and other documents are entered into the EAIS system through interdepartmental electronic cooperation.
The applicant has access to the permit and other documents are provided.
An electronic declaration and the necessary documents are prepared, signed with an electronic digital signature and sent to customs authorities through AISEDT.
An electronic declaration is sent to the employee who clears the goods electronically at customs.
If deficiencies are found, the customs clearance will be sent to a specialist.
