➖ The practice of forming attestation commissions at the level of ministries and departments, the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, the city of Tashkent, districts (cities) and educational institutions on the attestation of pedagogical staff and submitting documents in a single volume will be abolished;
➖ Attestation of teachers is carried out by assessing their pedagogical skills and psychological training, as well as a qualification test on the subject by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education;
➖ Acceptance of documents on attestation of pedagogical staff and assignment of qualification categories (positions) is carried out through a special portal on the official website of the State Inspectorate for Education and Science or the State Inspectorate for Education;
➖ The practice of issuing certificates of certification to teachers in paper form will be abolished, and the procedure for issuing certificates in electronic form will be introduced;
➖ Certificates previously issued to teachers remain in force and are taken into account in the payment on the basis of the basic tariff rates for the qualification category (position) specified in the certificate until the expiration date.

Pedagog Teachers who have reached retirement age will not be involved in the next attestation, regardless of the expiration of the attestation, their current qualification category (position) will be retained and paid for this qualification category.
