Required products: 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons honey, 300 g. sugar, 200 gr. butter, 500 gr. flour, 100 ml. milk, 100 gr. dark chocolate, gelatin, starch, vanillin will be needed.
Preparation: first add honey, sugar to the pan and mix. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until the sugar is melted. Then add flour, starch, baking soda, vanilla, eggs, butter to the honey mixture and knead a soft dough. It is then divided into 4 sections. Place the tinned zucchini on a gas tray, spread out in a rectangle and bake in a preheated gas oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl add flour, sugar, milk and cream on low heat. Once the cream has cooled, add the butter and mix in a mixer.
Place the baked dough on top of each other on a plate and spread cream and gelatin between each. The melted chocolate is spread evenly on top.
