Mushroom julienne souffle

Required ingredients: 300 gr. mushrooms (champignons, veshenka), 120 gr. hard cheese, 2 onions, 200 gr. salad oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Ingredients for souffle: 100 gr. sour cream (liquid cream), 2 eggs.
Preparation: The mushrooms are cut into simple shapes and fried in oil with onions. The cheese is then passed through a fine grater. The mushrooms are placed on plates and sprinkled with grated cheese. Then the souffle is poured over it again. When making soufflé, the egg yolk is mixed well with salt and sour cream. The egg whites are also whipped separately. Then the two ingredients are added again and cooked together.
