Mandarin salad

Required ingredients: 150 gr. hard cheese, 100 gr. liquid cheese, 2 eggs, 2 carrots, 2-5 cloves garlic, 50-70 gr. mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Preparation:
eggs and carrots are boiled and cooled. The eggs are then removed from the shell and passed through a large grater. Hard cheese, carrots, and liquid cheese are cooled in the refrigerator until hardened and passed through a fine grater. Then the liquid and hard cheese, eggs and crushed garlic in the press are poured into a deep bowl. Add salt to taste and mayonnaise on all ingredients and mix well. Take a tablespoon of the resulting ingredients, make round and mandarin-shaped shapes. The prepared mandarins are refrigerated for 15 minutes. The cook then greases his hands and makes a tiny pie out of grated carrots and wraps it in mandarins. If you want to make leaves for it, you can use greens.
