Preparation of kale (sauce): mix egg yolks, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt well. You add vegetable oil to it. Add oatmeal to orange juice (1 tablespoon juice to 7 tablespoons water) and bring to a boil. Immediately add it to the mixture you prepared above.
