SMART SEARCH on GOOGLE

Search more accurately
To search for a specific phrase, mark the search terms with quotation marks.
For example, the “new order rule” only provides results that contain exactly that phrase.

Leave the words
Putting a hyphen in front of a word in a search removes the results that contain that word.
For example: Barcelona -football, football is the result of the city of Barcelona, not the team.

Similar words
Putting in a pre-word language will also provide results with words similar to that word in your search.
For example: ~ hotel, including hotel, motel and other similar results.

Range of numbers
Do not enter all the numbers and add… between the numbers in the search.
For example: The 1911… 1921 flood returns the results of the 1911-1921 floods.

Types of sites
Adding a site allows you to search only certain websites.
For example: economics site: edu searches for the word economics only from sites that end in edu.

File extension
When you add a file extension to your search, you get links to files of the same type.
For example: global warming .ppt provides links to PowerPoint presentations on global warming.

A few words
When OR is added between words, at least one of the two words gives the result of participation.
For example: Pakhtakor OR Bukhara game tickets, return tickets to the games of these teams.

Result category
Remember to narrow your search by result type.
For example: If you search for Somalia and select the “News” tab, you will get links to news and articles about Somalia.
