Strawberry cake

Biscuit dough is prepared by adding egg yolk and flour into the ingredients. Put the dough in a special mold and bake in a preheated gas oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

To prepare the cream, add eggs, sugar, flour to the bowl, mix well in a mixer and add milk and cook over low heat. When the finished cream cools, add butter and mix.

The biscuit dough is divided into two equal parts. The first part is covered with cream and picked strawberry seeds. Once the cream is rubbed again on the strawberries, then a second piece of biscuit is placed.

The cake is decorated with strawberry berries according to taste.
