TERMS OF TRANSFER OF READING

Transfer and resumption of reading is done in the following 9 steps. These are:

For the fall semester

Phase 1: By June 15, a working group will be established in one of the regional universities and ministries.

Phase 2: July 15 to August 5
Receiving applications from students

Phase 3: August 5 to August 30
A decision will be made on the application and a response letter will be sent to the citizen.

Phase 4: September 2 to September 10
If the issue of transfer (reinstatement) is resolved positively, by order of the rector of the university, the student is admitted to classes and a request is sent to the university where the student previously studied to send his personal folder.

Phase 5: Until October 1st
An order for admission will be issued after the contractor has made the payment on time.

By spring semester

Phase 6: January 15 to January 25
Receiving applications from students

Phase 7: January 25 to February 15
A decision will be made on the application and a response letter will be sent to the citizen.

Phase 8: February 15 to February 25
If the issue of transfer in the spring semester is resolved positively for good reason, by order of the rector of the university, the student is admitted to classes and a request is sent to the university where he previously studied to send his personal collection folder.

Phase 9: Until March 1st
An order for admission will be issued after the contractor has made the payment on time.
