Compensation payments by the state for the payment of monthly housing and communal services are allocated to the following persons.
50% of the basic amount of pension calculation:
It is given to the disabled and participants of the war of 1941-1945.
45% of the basic amount of pension calculation:
Persons equated to invalids and participants of the 1941-1945 war;
Lonely retirees in need of care from others;
Persons awarded three levels of the Order of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor and the Order of Glory;
Former juvenile prisoners of Nazi concentration camps;
Citizens who worked during the siege of Leningrad;
Group 1 visually impaired;
Citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster;
It is divided into persons of retirement age who have served in the military at nuclear test sites and other radiation-nuclear facilities.
25% of the basic amount of pension calculation:
Presented to participants of the labor front during the war of 1941-1945.
These compensations are paid during periods of salary, pensions and benefits.
