What does each part of the computer respond to?
#info #useful
A computer is a device (a source of money) consisting of several parts. Each part performs a specific task, and if each one performs the task assigned to it perfectly, then your computer will be trouble-free.
Let's take a brief look at what each part does:
• Processor (CPU) - the computer brain, all the computational work, all the logical operations are done in this little rectangle. it depends on the power of the computer.
• Hard disk drive (HDD) - a device that stores all your files and folders, does not require a power supply for storage. The larger it is, the more bulky data you can store.
• Random access memory (RAM) - in short, the broker solves the exchange between the processor and the hard disk, that is, takes files from the hard disk and transfers them to the processor for processing, takes the result and saves it back to the hard disk. The larger the size, the faster your computer is.
• Motherboard - a basic motherboard consisting of circuits, capacitors, conductors and other electrical circuits that allow computer parts to communicate with each other and connect external devices.
• Video card (GPU) - a board that processes visual information, displaying processed data. The more complex your graphics work, the more powerful the video card needs to be, otherwise you will waste a lot of time and nerves.
• Power Supply - A unit that supplies power to all parts. The more powerful the computer parts, the more powerful the supply block must be installed. Without this part your computer is just a simple iron.
• Sound card - a card that provides sound output from a computer. On current computers, the sound card is placed on the board in the form of a small chip, if you work professionally with music, this chip can not give you clear sounds, you install a separate board.
• Network card - a card that your computer needs to run on the network. This will also be placed on the board, if you need a faster or more network, you will buy a separate card.
• Cooler, radiator - equipment for cooling certain parts.
• DVD-ROM, Card Rider - devices for connecting external storage media (DVD, CD, microSD).
• Monitor - a device that displays video signals received by the video card to the user.
• Mouse, keyboard - computer control and data entry devices.
These are the basic parts of a computer, the equipment that you can get the oil you want: a printer, a scanner, a speaker, a webcam, a microphone, and so on.
☝️If you want to assemble a computer, you know which part will answer what, so you can save money by getting the part you need better, the part you use less, a little cheaper.
