⚡️ Answer; This issue is regulated by the "Regulations on the procedure for payment of child support in preschool institutions and boarding schools." According to the regulations, children from low-income families are exempted from payment within 15% of the total number of children in kindergarten (100 of them can be exempted if there are 15 children in the kindergarten).
❗️Which families should be exempted from kindergarten fees in the first place?
✅ Children from low-income families with one or both parents with disabilities of group I or II, as well as children from low-income families with the lowest average monthly gross income are given preferential treatment.
❗️Who makes that 15 percent list?
✅ The list of children from low-income families who are exempt from payment is determined and formed on the basis of the certificate of property status of the family issued by the mahalla and the conclusion of the relevant kindergarten parents' committee.
❗️When will this list be created?
✅ The list of children from low-income families who are exempt from payment is approved by September 25 of each academic year.
❗️What happens to those who are not on the list?
✅ A reserve is formed at the expense of children from low-income families who are not included in the list, as well as identified during the year, and the vacancies created as a result of the suspension of children exempt from kindergarten will be filled from this reserve.
