❗️severe speech defects (rhinolalia, stuttering, children's aphasia, lagging behind in psycho-speech development);
❗️severe hearing impairments (II-IV degree of deafness);
❗️severe visual impairments (blind, amblyopia and low vision);
❗️locomotion defects;
❗️retardation in mental development (mental retardation (retardation of mental activity and mild level of mental retardation);
❗️complex defects (the presence of two or more defects in development);
❗️the first appearance of tuberculosis (those who are in contact with a patient from the same family (household), tubviraj), as well as the period of recovery after tuberculosis.
