Kindergarten fees are not paid for children with the following diseases:
👉 severe speech defects (rhinolalia, stuttering, children's aphasia, lagging behind in psycho-speech development);
👉 severe hearing impairment (II-IV level deafness);
👉 severe visual impairments (blind, amblyopia and low vision);
👉 locomotion defects;
👉 lagging behind in mental development (mental retardation (retardation of mental activity and mild level of mental retardation);
👉 complex defects (the presence of two or more defects in development);
👉 the first appearance of tuberculosis (those who are in contact with a patient from the same family (household), tubviraj), as well as the period of recovery after tuberculosis.
