Modern textbooks are being created for quality education
The Presidential Agency for Educational Institutions is engaged not only in providing quality education to students, improving the skills of teachers, but also in creating specialty textbooks for schools. Yesterday there was a presentation of such new modern textbooks created by the Agency. It can be said that 2 textbooks "Literature" and 1 textbook "Textual Studies" created specifically for creative schools are a novelty in their field.
Textbooks with "Literary Laboratory"
Not only question-and-answer method is used in these textbooks, as in the usual textbooks, but for the first time for creative schools, the literature textbook was given "Literary Laboratory", QR codes of electronic and audio books. It involves students not only reading in literature classes, but also engaging in research focused on production. In particular, students create materials that promote reading in a number of ways, such as audio text, book trailers. The new textbooks are aimed at analyzing the work of art, annotations, reviews, storytelling and working on various manuscript sources, teaching naskh and nasta'liq script, attracting creative youth to the field of textual studies.
For the first time, an opportunity was created for electronic resources in the literature textbook itself, with QR codes of electronic and audio books available in online libraries on each topic. In addition, the textbook provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the video, performance options of the work being studied at the same time.
Each theme is associated with examples of works of art (fine art, sculpture, theater, film, clip). Students compare and analyze a work of art with a work of art. Assignments such as annotations, reviews, and storytelling were given to develop students ’creative abilities.
The first textbook aimed at teaching the old Uzbek script
The textbook "Textual Alphabet" was the first textbook aimed at teaching schoolchildren the old Uzbek script, using poetic rules, riddles to solve students' interest in science and broaden their thinking. Calligraphic exercises of several calligraphers were used in the preparation of the book. The focus is on directing students to the textual profession by working on a variety of manuscript sources
