A branch of a foreign university in the field of cinematography has been established in Tashkent
By the decree of the President (No. PP-5238, 28.08.2021) a branch of the federal state budget higher education institution “All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after SA Gerasimov” was established in Tashkent
🏢 According to the decision, the branch is a separate subdivision of the Federal State Budget Higher Educational Institution (Russian Federation) (BDKI) "SA Gerasimov All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography" with the status of a legal entity - a higher education institution.
🗓 Educational activities in the branch will begin in the 2021/2022 academic year.
☑️ The educational process is conducted in Russian on the basis of curricula and programs approved by the BDKI in coordination with the Agency for Cinematography, as well as the Uzbek language and the history of Uzbekistan.
🔰 The following are the main areas of study and specialties of the Branch:
👉 Dramaturgy;
👉 Production (by types).
✅ Full-time, part-time and distance learning.
🧾 Graduates will be awarded a BDKI diploma of the Russian Federation, which is recognized as higher education in Uzbekistan.
💼 Graduates of the branch on the basis of a state grant are distributed to film companies, TV and radio companies or organizations in the field of film and television on the condition of compulsory employment for at least 5 years.
