The relevant Presidential Decree (PF-6122, 03.12.2020y) established additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates in 2021 and moved the days off.
According to the decree, in 2021 the following additional days off will be established:
September 2 - Thursday;
September 3 - Friday.
Also, in 2021, the holiday has been moved from March 27 - Saturday to March 22 - Monday.
In addition, January 2021, 2 - Saturday, March 20 - Saturday, March 22 - Monday and September 4 - Saturday are holidays for all employees, regardless of the type of work week.
Additional days off in budget organizations are covered by reducing the duration of annual leave by 2 working days. However, the actual duration of the leave is taken into account when calculating the amount of the average monthly salary retained during the leave.
