The Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations has announced for discussion a draft decree on the appointment of additional non-working days and the transfer of days off during the celebration of official dates in 2021.
The document proposes to establish the following additional days off in 2021:
  • September 2 - Thursday;
  • September 3 - Friday.
It is also planned to move the holiday in 2021 to March 27 - Saturday, March 22 - Monday.
It is also proposed that January 2021, 2 - Saturday, September 4 - Saturday and March 22 - Monday be considered a day off for all employees, regardless of the type of work week.
The draft stipulates that additional days off in budget organizations will be covered by reducing the duration of annual leave by two working days. The duration of the annual leave shall not be less than fifteen working days, subject to reduction.
Discussion of the draft decree will continue until October 28.
