How to block calls on a smartphone without turning on airplane mode
In different situations, you may need to be able to block incoming or outgoing calls on your smartphone. For example, you don't want to answer or see calls, but you want to use mobile internet.
This method differs from the "black list" in that all incoming or outgoing calls are blocked (no short beep).
1. To block calls, open the Phone dialing application, press the menu button in the upper right corner (3 dots) and select "Settings";
2. In the window that opens, select the "More" item on the SIM card to which you want to block calls;
3. Select the "Block your calls" menu and select the calls you want to block (incoming, outgoing, or instant, international or roaming
4. Enter the requested password (usually 0000, 1111 or 1234) and confirm; (If your password is incorrect, ask your operator)
To remove the ban, do the same in reverse order.
In general, in addition to the settings of the "Phone" application, you can also find the necessary functions (blocking numbers, recording sounds, pereading).
Unfortunately, on some smartphones, the above settings have been removed from the phone app.
