⚡️The list of teachers who will not be involved in the next mandatory certification has been approved

The Government Resolution (No. 572 of 17.09.2021) approved the Regulation on the procedure for attestation of teachers in preschool, general secondary, secondary special, vocational and out-of-school educational institutions.

According to it, the following are not subject to the next mandatory certification:

🔹 Candidates of sciences, Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc) and senior researchers, associate professors and professors awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission;

🔹Teachers of the highest qualification category (as head teachers) with 15 years of continuous work experience in educational institutions;

🔹 Teachers of retirement age engaged in pedagogical activity;

🔹 Teachers with less than three years of teaching experience;

🔹 pregnant women, during their pregnancy and for one year after employment;

🔹 women on maternity leave, during their leave and for one year after work;

🔹 Women with children under three years of age engaged in pedagogical activities;

🔹 pedagogical staff undergoing long-term (more than three months) treatment, during their treatment and for six months after starting work;

🔹 pedagogical staff specified in paragraphs 8 and 9 of this Regulation, for the next five years from the date of their direct assignment or promotion;

🔹 Teachers sent to study, retraining and advanced training courses in the republic and abroad;

🔹 For teachers in need of social protection, having difficulty finding a job and not being able to compete on equal terms in the labor market, the teaching staff is placed in reserve with the minimum number of jobs for a period of three years from the date of admission.

🔹 In accordance with the legislation, other teachers not specified in this paragraph may be exempted from the next mandatory certification.
