Heartburn

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

Scabies, which is observed more than three times a week, significantly worsens the quality of life. Some patients with severe esophagitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the esophagus) do not complain of wheezing.

Heartburn can occur due to high acidity gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, cholecystitis, pregnancy toxicosis, diaphragmatic hernia and inability to tolerate certain foods. If a heartburn is observed along with a sore throat (especially a sour soreness), it may serve as a symptom of gastritis or peptic ulcer. If the irritation is exacerbated in the supine position, the problem is probably in the esophagus.

Causes of heartburn

Causes of heartburn are increased gastric acidity, and in rare cases, increased sensitivity of the esophagus and gastric mucosa. Heartburn is often accompanied by stomach ailments, but it can also occur after a meal due to neuropsychiatric disorders.

Improper diet va unhealthy lifestyle intensifies the itching of the scalp and is one of the most common causes. Other common causes:

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, carbonated beverages, coffee and bitter spices stimulate the gastric mucosa, leading to the production of large amounts of stomach acid and loosening of the stomach valve.
  • Consumption of large amounts of citrus fruits, tomatoes, various pickles, fresh bread, lentils and fried foods can cause heartburn.
  • Overeating leads to enlargement of the stomach and the release of large amounts of acid.
  • Aspirin, ibuprofen. taking orthophene and other similar drugs increases the acid production of the stomach.
  • Wearing tight belts, lifting weights, pregnancy, obesity can lead to an increase in intra-abdominal pressure, which in turn can lead to heartburn.
  • Sleeping after a meal can also cause this.
  • Stress, neuroses, anxiety are also one of the causes.

Causes of heartburn

  • Fatty foods;
  • Overeating, especially the consumption of fatty foods;
  • Obesity;
  • Lying down after a meal;
  • Smoking;
  • Alcohol;
  • Carbonated drinks.
  • Mint;
  • Chocolate;
  • Bitter coffee and tea;
  • Drugs to lower blood pressure and relax smooth muscles;
  • Heartburn during pregnancy is caused by an increase in intra-abdominal pressure

If a tingling sensation is observed after each meal

Regular wheezing after a meal should not be considered a separate problem. This unpleasant symptom reflects diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

Here is a list of some of the diseases and conditions that cause heartburn after each meal:

  • Ulcer of the stomach or duodenum;
  • Chronic gastritis with hypersecretion;
  • Duodenitis is an inflammation of the duodenum;
  • Inflammation of the gallbladder (cholecystitis);
  • Obesity;
  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERK);
  • Consequences of gallbladder removal;
  • Pregnancy;

Regular wheezing after a meal is a good reason to consult a gastroenterologist. It is not necessary to take medication without a doctor’s prescription, as this can lead to serious consequences.

Sore throat

This phenomenon occurs due to the effect of gastric juice on the mucous membrane of the esophagus when the duodenum, stomach or esophageal motility is impaired. The pH on the walls of the esophagus is neutral, and the acid in the gastric juice “burns” the esophageal mucosa.

The acid causes inflammatory processes that can lead to erosion of the esophagus and ulcers. The result can be bleeding, and in some severe cases, even rupture of the esophageal walls, which can be life-threatening.

The passage of wheezing into the throat can be felt even in perfectly healthy people. However, such cases are rarely observed and do not recur.

As mentioned above, pregnant women also often suffer from wheezing. In pregnant women, wheezing is more common in the second half of pregnancy, when the enlarged fetus presses on the esophageal sphincter and opens it slightly.

How to get rid of scabies?

The following recipes can be used to relieve the “attacks” of heartburn or to relieve and treat heartburn in patients with gastrointestinal disorders. However, these are not a substitute for basic treatment prescribed by a specialist.

First, you need to organize a proper diet and maintain a healthy diet. To alleviate the condition, you can use a variety of medicinal herbs that reduce acidity and strengthen the integrity of the body:

  • Chamomile tincture. Put a bunch of 2–3 tablespoons chamomile in a glass of boiling water and leave for 10–20 minutes, pass through a gauze cloth and drink in small sips. Eat at least three glasses a day. Ordinary chamomile tea is also suitable.
  • Flax seed. Put half a cup of boiling water on a teaspoon of seeds. It is more convenient to prepare in the evening, so that the infusion is ready by morning. Bring half a glass to full volume taken before consumption and drink this tincture for at least 14 days.
  • Powder the dried roots, leaves and seeds of angelica (dyagdil). For a glass of boiling water you need a pinch of powder. After 15–20 minutes, the infusion is ready, it can be consumed three times a day.
  • Freshly made potato juice also has a good effect. It helps to get rid of stomach pain, heartburn and belching. Before breakfast, prepare in the morning: grate the potatoes, squeeze the juice, 1/2 cup of juice will suffice. Drink the juice immediately, on an empty stomach. Then lie down for 30 minutes and then you can have breakfast. The course of treatment - 10 days, a break of 10 days, then the course can be repeated.

What to do in a strong squeaky boil?

Different tinctures are really good. But what to do when there is not enough time to make tinctures and juices in a strong squeaky boil? You don’t even have a chance to see a doctor right away, but do you need help right now?

There may be a specific "first aid" in severe heartburn:

  • Bodom. It is able to neutralize stomach acid. Chewing almonds well gives a good effect in boiling broth. After a while, this problem will go away.
  • Oats or barley show good results. Just chew them well and swallow the saliva constantly.
  • Important! Do not “turn off” the boiling with baking soda or milk. After the use of soda, the effect of acid is definitely reduced sharply. But in response, the stomach begins to produce hydrochloric acid with a double intensity and the heartburn intensifies. Prolonged consumption of soda can lead to alkalosis (alkalization of the blood) and peptic ulcer. Milk contains proteins and calcium that act as stimulants of acid secretion in the stomach.

If folk remedies do not give the expected result in severe itching, you can resort to antacids. There are several varieties of them in pharmacies. The most popular:

  • Rennie;
  • Phosphalugel;
  • Almagel;
  • Geviscon;
  • Maalox and other drugs.

However, do not forget about their side effects: constipation, diarrhea and other unpleasant consequences. In addition, they flush calcium out of the body.

Therefore, we do not recommend arbitrary treatment of frequent itching. It is better to see a doctor, undergo a detailed examination and receive proper treatment.

Diet at the boil

We’ll find out which foods are preferred in the simmer and which foods should be excluded from the diet.

Steamed as well as boiled vegetables are more useful:

  • Carrots;
  • Potatoes;
  • Peas;
  • Lentils.

The diet should include products containing complex carbohydrates:

  • Pasta from durum wheat varieties;
  • Oatmeal bread;
  • Brown rice.

Remember to include the following in your “proper” diet:

  • Low-fat cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese;
  • Fish;
  • Lean meat;
  • Boiled eggs;
  • Various porridges: semolina, buckwheat, oats;
  • Apples and bananas;
  • Still mineral water, non-sour fruit compote, green tea.

It is better to give up the following products:

  • Fried, salty, spicy and greasy foods;
  • Sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt;
  • Orange, lemon and lime. They contain acid, which significantly increases the acidity of the stomach;
  • Desserts and confectionery;
  • Chocolate;
  • Bitter additives and spices;
  • Fried eggs and fried omelets;
  • Tomato paste;
  • Bitter coffee and tea;
  • Alcohol;
  • Carbonated drinks.

But diet is half the battle. Excessive eating can cause heartburn. So you need proper nutrition:

  • Need to eat sparingly but often, eat 5-6 times a day.
  • Do not rush during the meal, try to chew slowly and well.
  • Last meal until 19.00.
  • Do not lie down for at least 40 minutes after eating.
  • You need to drink about 2 liters of water per day, this amount is distributed evenly throughout the day.
