How can you get used to reading a book?

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

"I really want to read a book, but I can't get a book in my hand, or if I start a book, I can't read it to the end. My library is full of unfinished books. How to get used to reading a book? ” Such questions plague many.
What can be done in this case? Some of us don't even fully understand the importance of reading, and some of us know it, but we can't read at the level we want.
Reading a book requires, first of all, curiosity. You can't read a book without being interested in something. The book is read mainly for two reasons. The first is the idea that "reading is very important to me, I must read a book", and the second is "curiosity". The desired result cannot be achieved without the support of the first idea for the second reason. Curiosity itself is a good reason to read a book. However, thoughts such as "I have to read a book, because…" may not ensure its continuity.
Curious people do not have difficulty reading a book: “What does this book say about this issue? What did this man say on the subject? How did this writer approach the issue? ” etc.… If a reader is immersed in a subject and immersed in the inner world of the book, he will not be able to stop reading, let alone force himself to read.
It is not for nothing that it is said, "Knowledge acquired in youth is like a pattern carved in stone." Children enter the world of books through fairy tales read by their parents and stories that they began to read in elementary school. Therefore, these years require special attention. Because the foundation of interest in reading begins to form in these years. Children who do not go to kindergarten should be told stories and fairy tales at home. When our child starts going to school, there will be special family reading hours, during which all family members will have to read books.
A parent, with a TV remote control in his hand, jumps from one channel to another and says to his child, "Oh boy, take your books and go straight to your room!" How effective do you think this situation can be? At this point, "Would it be possible to read a book after work?" It is natural to ask questions or to say, "I find it difficult to study in the evenings." It is possible - why not let one of the family members read an interesting book for everyone? Anyway, we spend our time on different series and movies. The fate of Silver, Guadeloupe, or others in this series will be interesting to us, but not our own destiny, the future of our children?
Through family reading hours, our child also sets a good example for us, and we also have a special time to read a book. This will further develop the habit and culture of reading in the family. At the end of the reading hour, everyone can share their favorite and interesting parts of the book they are reading. This strengthens the feelings of solidarity and sincerity in the family, as well as increases the interest in reading.
This article is probably more in line with the "Family" section. However, a teacher who takes on a responsible job, such as teaching, is unlikely to be able to talk to and influence others about the love of books without first enjoying the pleasure of reading. . Plus, it all starts with the family. It is a bit difficult to expect someone who can't help himself and his family to help others.
No one should be deprived of the charm and beauty of the world of books.
