Preparation:

Minced meat.
Add minced meat, onion, salt and fry in a pan.

The egg whites are mixed with sugar and poured into hot milk. Then add 2 cups of flour and yeast, knead the liquid dough and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then, the liquid dough is removed from the refrigerator, add salt, oil, 3 egg yolks and flour and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 5 pieces, wrap each piece in cellophane and put in the refrigerator again for 1 hour. Then spread each slice and rub softened margarine at room temperature for 50 g.

The minced dough is minced and rolled into the shape shown in the picture. Place on a baking sheet in a lunar shape, top with egg yolk, sprinkle with sedan and cook over medium heat for 35-40 minutes.

Note: Ready-made zucchini can be cooked one for breakfast in the refrigerator.
