The blessed month came and fasting on hot days began in late June. Because the days are hot, unlike in the past, today is a time of real testing for Muslims. In addition, on hot days, the appetite does not open as we expected, and if we do not make various changes in our diet, it is clear that we will lose appetite. Of course, there is no special diet for the month of Ramadan. However, today we want to bring to your attention some foods that you can add to your fasting diet that will give you energy throughout the day. Add these foods to your diet and walk energetically throughout the day. For breakfast: At breakfast, it’s best to eat foods that give you as much energy as possible, don’t get too thirsty, and aren’t easily digested. Heat: apricot peel, dried dates (Iranian dates), walnuts, raisins, almonds, pistachios, honey, honey water also does not interfere: it carries without thirst during the day and is also rich in glucose, no fatigue is observed. Melon is also advisable if consumed, melon is slow to digest. So it protects you from going hungry during the day. Watermelon is not recommended, it takes up space in the stomach and helps digest food. Meals: Dough and rice dishes are recommended. For example, soup, manti, lady, pegodya, fried dumplings. These are also strengths and keep you energized throughout the day. Meat products: fried meat, goose, meat dishes are recommended, but not mutton, because mutton has a thirst-quenching effect. Poultry products: eggs, chicken - are good foods for breakfast. But it is not recommended to eat only yourself, because the process of digestion of chicken meat is faster, except for eggs. Drinks: it is recommended to drink a variety of juices, apricot juice, novvot tea, boiling water. Salads: Many salads are not good to eat. But it is better to consume small amounts to whet the appetite. For Iftar: It is not permissible to eat on an empty stomach during Iftar. As a result, the stomach may fail. Instead, you can eat lighter at iftar and continue eating after a while. Mouthwash: It is best to open the mouth with honey water whenever possible. The reason is that the stomach is moistened with honey water. Then eat fruits, melons, salads. After that, drinking liquid food is the same for the stomach. After a while you will be able to eat dark food. You should not overeat as much as possible. Since you have the opportunity to eat until breakfast, it is recommended to eat in between.
