Here are some tips on how to make this fruit juice.
Required ingredients: 4-5 quinces, 200 grams of sugar, lemon and water.
Preparation: The quince fruits are cleaned, washed, cut into slices and put in a glazed dish and pour boiling water over 3 liters. It is then left to rest for 30 minutes. Then pour the water from the jar, add sugar, half a lemon and the same amount of boiling water, close the jar tightly and leave to cool.
