The largest solar power plant
The Tenger Solar Power Plant located in China is the largest power plant in the world. Its area is 43 km², equal to the area of 6022 stadiums, and its power is 1,5 GigaWatts. For comparison: an ordinary 100-watt light bulb consumes 2,4 kilowatts of energy per day. If we direct electrical energy to a light bulb, the light bulb will work for more than 1 years without rest.
