On September 2001, 11, the largest terrorist attack in history took place in the United States. Four groups of terrorists hijacked four planned passenger planes, two of which were sent to the towers of the Manhattan World Trade Center in New York, resulting in the collapse of two skyscrapers.
The third liner was flown to the Pentagon building near Washington. A fourth plane crew and passengers tried to take control of the plane from terrorists, and the plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania. In addition to the 19 suicides, 2977 people were killed and 24 others were missing in the attacks
