When is a person found missing?
- If there is no information about the whereabouts of the citizen at his place of residence for a year, the court may declare the citizen missing at the request of the interested parties.
- If it is not possible to determine the date of receipt of the last information on the missing person, the period for calculating the loss is from the first day of the month following the month in which the last information on the missing person was received. if it is not possible to determine the month - from the first of January of the following year.
