WHEN IS A PERSON CONSIDERED CONDUCTED?
📃 According to Article 77 of the Criminal Code, conviction is a legal status resulting from the conviction of a person for a crime he committed.
❗️A person is considered to have been convicted from the day the punishment is imposed and the verdict of indictment enters into force. Persons released from punishment by the court are considered not convicted.
