❗️According to the law, a citizen who cannot understand the importance of his actions or control them due to mental illness or mental retardation can be found incompetent by the court in accordance with the procedure established by the law, and guardianship of such a citizen is established.

🟢 Transactions on behalf of a citizen who has been declared incompetent are executed by his guardian.
🟢 If the reasons that caused the citizen to be declared incompetent are invalid, the court finds him competent and cancels the guardianship assigned to him.
