IF SOMETHING IS STUCK IN THE THROAT
If a person gets food or something stuck in his throat and he can't breathe, do the following quickly:
• Stand behind her and hold her waist with your arms.
• Place your fist on his stomach, above the navel and below the ribs.
• and pull your stomach up with force and intensity at once. (For obese people, pregnant women, people in wheelchairs or young children, it is better to put your arm on the chest, not on the stomach).
• Bend it at the waist
• Rub it with your palm
hit the middle hard 5 times
If this does not help, then: This forces the air out of the lungs and opens the throat. Repeat this several times if necessary.
If the person is much older than you or is unconscious, do the following quickly:
A person who is not breathing can live 3-6 minutes at the time of clinical death! You must act very quickly!

Begin mouth-to-mouth resuscitation immediately (see next page), if possible, in a shallow area where the victim can stand before removing the victim from the water. If you can't get air into his belly, as soon as he reaches the shore, quickly tilt his head to one side, raise his legs higher, and press his belly as described above. Continue breathing from mouth to mouth.
• If he is still not breathing, try mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!

Remember: After doing the above, it is best to get the patient to the hospital immediately!
