Is it easy to brush your teeth?

Many people mistakenly think that if I apply the paste to the toothbrush and then run it a couple of times, the tooth will be top-clean.

There is a thick layer of glue on the teeth, in which countless microbes live. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the plaque when cleaning the tooth. Once the tooth is cleaned, the stain appears again. If the mouth is rinsed thoroughly after drinking coffee, black tea and milk, the plaque on the teeth will not thicken.

The toothbrush should be run at least 20 times on the tooth surface to remove the plaque. This will take a maximum of 4 minutes. If you rinse with baking soda melted water before brushing your teeth, the stain will soften and move more easily.

When cleaning with a brush, only 30 percent of the teeth are cleaned. It is therefore advisable to use a special floss, a toothpick, to remove germs between the teeth. If the teeth are not cleaned properly, the space between them becomes inflamed.

The germs pass into the periodontium, where they can no longer be removed. As a result, germs begin to erode the nerve fibers and bones of the teeth. To avoid this, it is necessary to see a dentist from time to time and take his advice. Even if your gums bleed when brushing your teeth, be sure to see a doctor.

Use small brushes to clean your teeth so you can clean even the innermost cavities of your teeth. Keep in mind that toothbrushes made of synthetic fibers can injure the gums. Also, change your toothbrushes every three months. Especially when you have a cold or the flu, it is imperative to keep a new brush after recovery. Otherwise, germs that sit on the bristles of the brush can re-ignite the disease.

Consumption of dairy products (cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt) ensures that the enamel part of the tooth is strong. Drinking a lot of juices or eating bitter and salty things can erode the enamel on the teeth. If you have an unpleasant odor in the mouth due to dental disease, remove the root of horseradish (horseradish) from the grater, mix a tablespoon in a glass of boiling water, rinse your mouth in this water three times a day. Even if you remove the cabbage leaves soaked in boiling water and then rinse your mouth in this water, the unpleasant odor will be eliminated.

Consume less sweets and eat more vegetables so that the teeth clean naturally on their own during the chewing process. If you have a toothache, chew aloe or calendula leaves at home. You can also rinse your mouth with the juice of these two. When you press the grated potatoes, gum diseases are cured. Mixing an equal amount of water with carrot juice gives the same result when rinsing the mouth.
