Chemical cleaning of fruits

🔸Large fruits should be washed separately. For example, we wash apples under plain water. Then take a little soda and rub it on the apple until the soda is completely dissolved. Then we wash the fruit thoroughly.

🔸If the fruits are small and it takes a long time to process each fruit, you can prepare a soda solution: 1 teaspoon of soda is dissolved in 1 liter of water. Dip the fruit in the solution for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with running water.

🔸Soda can also get rid of preservatives in dried fruits. To do this, first wash them in cold water. Then put them in 1 cup warm water 1 teaspoon soda. The fruits are stored in the prepared solution for 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with plain water.
