He says he will curse her if she does not fulfill this request, and Yama takes the crocodile to hell for fear of being cursed by the faithful woman. Karva lives a long life with her husband. The ability of a woman to resist even the angel of death for the sake of her husband’s well-being has become a symbol of women’s loyalty and devotion. Many women are looking forward to the arrival of Karva Chout, a holiday that brings them closer not only to their husbands but also to their relatives, as well as an opportunity to visit relatives and loved ones. On this day, husbands give their wives gifts and jewelry for their love and fidelity. The fast lasts from the time the moon rises until the next month, so that it is possible to take the sweetness from the hand of the husband, break the fast, and bring the feast puja.
