What is the price of blood in Uzbekistan?
There is no official sale of blood in Uzbekistan, only in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On donation of blood and its components" (https://lex.uz/docs/-46727). The donor who regularly and free of charge will be awarded the badge "Honorary Donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and will receive a one-time cash prize in the amount of 5 times the BHM (1 million 350 thousand soums).
It has been reported that one should not sell one’s blood to those in need. However, it is permissible to donate blood voluntarily in order to help and save lives.
