Almost everyone drinks tea in addition to food. The tannin in tea breaks down the nutrients present in food, resulting in a lack of vitamins in the body. When consumed with tea, 40 to 100 percent of the meat may not be absorbed into the bloodstream. And no more than 5 percent of the fruit is absorbed. As we can see from the general diet, at least 70% of the vitamins and iron content of the product consumed with tea is not absorbed. This is a negative impact on human health. Most people in the world now suffer from anemia. This disease is mainly caused by iron deficiency. Consumption of iron-rich fruits and vegetables, greens, legumes can save us from anemia. But consuming these with tea prevents vitamins and iron from reaching our organs completely.

Due to the fact that a large number of people in our country, especially women and children, suffer from diseases caused by iron deficiency, it is planned to add iron to our daily bread. This is one of the fights against anemia. What do you eat for bread? Of course with tea. This is equivalent to eating bread that does not contain iron, as mentioned above.

Many more make the mistake of giving tea to a young child. Drinking tea to children under the age of three is medically prohibited. It is also wrong to add sugar to a child’s tea or milk. It is necessary to pay attention to the diet of children from an early age. If iron deficiency occurs in his body, it also poses a risk of later mental retardation.

In the fight for health, we have to change our eating habits, especially tea drinking traditions. Do not drink tea during or after meals. Instead of tea, you can drink other beverages, such as boiled or mineral water and juices.

After these tips, do not think that tea is our health cousin. Tea is very important in the body. It can be a claim for many diseases. But honey is also less sweet. Looking at tea as a healing drink, if we drink it according to the norm and time, it is beneficial for our health. Drinking tea or coffee 30 minutes after a meal is harmless.

Health is necessary for everyone and it is in our hands to take care of it. It’s not that hard either. If you take a deeper look at what seems simple, you will achieve everything. Let’s form a new attitude towards our daily tea from now on.
