Service fee and payment procedure

   Prices for preparation of cadastral passport and registration of cadastral documents:
Apartment in a multi-apartment house - 1 percent of the basic calculation amount for 1 square meter area of ​​the Facility, multiplied by 25 percent;
Individual housing - 1 percent of the basic calculation amount for 1 square meter of the Facility, multiplied by 25 percent;
When there is work on the allocation of land, the land plot allocated for individual housing construction - Free;
In the absence of work on the allocation of land, the land allocated for individual housing construction - 1,25 times the amount of the basic calculation;
Land allotted for farming - 1,25 times the basic calculation amount;
Land plot allocated for the construction of non-residential facilities - 1,25 times the amount of the basic calculation;
Land allotted for agricultural needs - 2,5 times the amount of the basic calculation.
