It is no secret to any of us that on the eve of Eid, every Muslim household bakes Eid cakes. Today I'm going to tell you how to cook burdock properly and easily. You will understand that my recipe is presented in conjunction with the photos. So don’t doubt that you can prepare.

From the raised dough.

Required products ::

500 gr flour,
200 ml of milk,
1 egg,
1/4 cup sugar,
75 gr butter,
A pinch of salt,
500 ml of vegetable oil for frying.

First, knead the dough, wrap it in a bag and leave it for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the dough into sausages and cut into walnut-shaped pieces.

Place the dough pieces on a rolling pin or rolling pin and roll them with your thumb or palm.

Cook on low heat on all sides in hot vegetable oil.

Serve the prepared bun on the table according to your taste.
