✅ APPLICATION:

? In chronic diseases of the heart

? In heart failure

? In the post-infarction period

? In arrhythmias

? Method of administration and dosage:

? The drug is intended for intravenous administration only. For this purpose, the contents of 1 - 2 ampoules are diluted in 5% glucose solution and slowly infused intravenously.

⚠️ If 5% glucose is not found, add 0.9% Sodium Chloride solution to 100 g and instill.

? If necessary, the dose can be repeated after 4 - 6 hours.

? ‍⚕️ CONDITIONS WHICH CANNOT BE USED:

? In acute and chronic renal failure.

? In Addison's disease

? III degree arterrioventricular block

? Cardiogenic Shock (AB <90mm. Sim.ust.)

⚠️ Special instructions and precautions when using the drug.

? Prompt delivery may cause facial hyperemia.

? Caution should be exercised when prescribing preoarate to patients with hyperkalemia.

⛔️ Interactions with other drugs.

? Potassium-sparing diuretics

? Co-administration with AAF inhibitors increases the risk of developing hyperkalemia.
