⚠️ Safe mode on PC
When booting the computer, you can access the operating system through safe mode. When should this mode be used?
? Operating system malfunctions;
? viruses affect the computer boot (or the system does not boot at all);
? If a virus enters the autoload section and stops the work process;
If there is a problem with the drivers;
? To restore the system (Средство восстановления системы).
When the computer is booted through Safe Mode, the minimum software and drivers required for the operating system to boot are loaded. Plus any running programs, styles, drivers will be blocked (will not run), you will not be able to work with full features there, you will not even be able to play the game because the system will start with the standard driver.
Normally, to access Safe Mode, you need to press F8 while the computer is booting and select Safe Mode. The computer will then go into safe mode.
This can also be seen in the "Safe Mode" section on the edge of the loaded system (another way to find out is that in this mode, the system is usually on a black background and the fonts are enlarged).
Ways to access this mode:
✅ Normally, when the computer is turned on, the F8 key is pressed frequently and "Safe Mode" is selected from the menu that appears.
✅ Log in to the operating system and from there:
Win + R (Run) ➡️ msconfig
The "System Configuration" window opens and goes to the "Download" tab, and in the "Download parameters" section, select "Safe Mode" and the system will be rebooted.
We got in, what to do now?
Depending on the problem, what to do, for example, if the driver is installed in error, will be deleted, if there is a virus in the bootloader, it will be cleaned, if any program interferes with the operation, it will be fine-tuned, so the problem will be solved from a safe place.
