Vegetable diet soup

Required products: 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 50 g corn, 5 g ginger, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 100 ml tomato paste, 1 g salt, 1 g garmdori, 50 g butter, 50 g olives oil

Preparation:

  1. Carrots are cut into semicircles, onions finely chopped, ginger peeled.
  2. The peppers are cleaned and sliced.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry, adding the onions, carrots and peppers.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and corn, lightly fried.
  5. Add tomato paste, ginger, olive oil, garmdori and salt, pour water and bring to a boil. The prepared soup can be filtered while hot or chilled.
