Banana pie

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

Required products: 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 50 g margarine, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 150–170 g high-grade flour, 1 packet softener (razri'xlitel ').

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and sour cream and whisk.
  2. Once the margarine is melted, it is added to the egg mixture.
  3. The bananas are softened by crushing with a fork and added to the dough and mixed.
  4. Add flour and softener and mix well.
  5. The dough is poured into a mold and baked at 190 C ° for 45 minutes.
