This is a method that helps to eliminate harmful habits and plan the personal budget correctly. In this methodology, money is spent only on goods and services that are necessary.

For 21 days of financial dieting, it is recommended to follow the following rules:
🔹 spend your money only for needs and not for desires;
🔹 Stay away from entertainment venues. It is better to replace carbonated drinks with plain water, and "fast food" with home food;
🔹 keep a list of expenses;
🔹 stay away from the temptation of shopping.
