EXERCISE 1

Sit on the floor and stretch your legs, put your hands on the floor. Keep one leg straight and the other leg up and down 10-15 times. Now repeat the exercise on the other leg

EXERCISE 2

While standing, open your legs 30-40 cm apart. Stretch your arms forward and slowly bend your knees. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times at first and then increase the number.

EXERCISE 3

Holding the back of the chair, spread your legs wide and sit slowly (you will not sit until the end), stand in this position for 5 seconds and keep your legs upright. Repeat the exercise 15-20 times.

EXERCISE 4

You lift your toes first and then lower them. The exercise is performed 10-20 times.

EXERCISE 5

Lie on the floor and lift your legs first and then your shoulders up. This exercise is one of the best prevention exercises not only for varicose veins but also for many other diseases.
