According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-2017 of February 17, 4962, one of the parents of a married family under the age of 30 or children under the age of 30, including a divorced man or woman and a widow or widow women are marked to be included. This means that in order to be a young family in any case, the couple must be at least 30 years old.

Because your spouse is 32 years old, you will not be included in the list of young families at the moment and you will not be able to get a home loan on preferential terms that are given to young families.
